  Majority of their wine is made of special local grape varieties, complemented by a few internationally known ones: Zeus, Zenit, Rose -stone, Italian rizling, Muscat Ottonel, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir. Szászi wines have distinctive labels, drew by the wife of the winemaker, Endre Szászi. All cultivation is under organic production method. Vineyards are tended with professional care, grapes are carefully managed, selected and processed from growing until vintage and the wine is matured by spontaneous fermentation.

  

  The wine shop is open all year, while the ’Viridárium’ is open in the season and offers local organic gastronomy.
